More Weapons!

I’ve done a couple of short posts on various weapons. The first post was about CornerShot, a gun that can shoot around corners, which minimizes damage to the wielder. Excellent idea. I think we might be seeing more of thme around. I also posted about a couple of knives, among them the compressed air knife and the RS1 Knife Gun. Guns these days are getting more and more innovative. It’s not all about power and punch anymore. There are pen guns. umbrella guns, and a whole lot of other James Bond style guns meant to kill stealthily. What has the world come to? Perfect assasination weapon eh? Anyway, I also did a post on the RPG-30 and a modded AR-15 with a chainsaw bayonet. It’s time for more weapons. This time it’s about “smart bullets” for lack of a better term. In early times, DARPA put money into laser-guided bullets , but they recently put $12.3 on Lockheed Martin’s Extreme Accuracy Tasked Ordinance (Exacto). What does it do? Don’t know yet, but it seems to be some sort of system that can stabilize a bullet in flight, either through use of stabilizer fins, power supplies, or really advanced sighting technology. Will the bullet be able to change directions in flight? Sort of weird. Anyway, enjoy weapons! I ordered an airsoft M9 and should recieve it tomorrow. Can’t wait. Enjoy again!
