The Buzz – The National Parks: America’s Best Idea

It’s all over the Internet, news, and billboards. I’m going to tell you right now: it’s the latest buzz! The new documentary series by Ken Burns is online and on DVD, available for your purchase. I highly recommend that you watch it. It’s a pretty long series, so PBS has it on their website in a couple of parts. Sit back on a comfy couch, grab your favorite snackies, and have a look at the history behind The National Parks. Without spoiling anything for you, I’ll tell you that it’s an accurate historical video about the founding of the National Park system, split into time frames. You’ll learn a lot about the people who influenced the preservation of America’s wilderness. The link for the videos are below. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
