Harnessing the *hrrmm* Boobs!
Yes, you read right. Recently featured on Slate, the article talks about harnessing the movement of breasts in order to power small devices, such as, but not limited to, an iPod. According to the article, breasts move on three different axes, from left to right, up and down, and front to back, but in order to be most efficient, we would have to utilize the up and down movement that catches the attention of so many males. This is a case where bigger is definitely better. That means that women with bigger breasts can generate more power, if this project succeeds. For it to work, engineers would have to come up with a pretty clever design for a bra that would maximize the power output. It is indeed possible, since there are already self-powered clubs, why not boobs that provide juice to an iPod? Measurements compiled state that a D-cup low support bra can travel as much as 35 inches up and down. That is amazing. It’s hard not to miss those! This is amazing. It’s nice to know that they’re working on it and we may soon see many women jogging to work, powering their iPods and putting their assets to work. As I would say, put those babies to work!
